Oro Verde Limited (“Company”) (ASX code: “ OVL” ) is a mineral resources exploration company limited by shares, incorporated and domiciled in Australia .

The Company was originally established in December 1999 as a software and services company marketing and selling technology enabling access to the internet.

Upon the sale of its digital movie and internet business in May 2009, the Company secured the approval of its shareholders in November 2011 to change the nature and scale of its activities from a technology software and services company to a mineral resources exploration and production company in order to pursue mineral exploration opportunities in Chile.

The Company was reinstated on the ASX as a mineral resources company on 3 February 2012.

Oro Verde Limited has recently secured the rights to acquire a 100 % interest in two Chilean projects, the advanced Chuminga Copper/Gold Project located in Northern Chile and the Vega Gold Project situated in the highly prospective El Indio Gold Belt of Chile. Initial exploration drilling commenced at both projects in January 2012.

The Company is well established in Chile where it operates through its wholly owned Chilean subsidiary company, Green Mining Ltda, and is managed by an experienced project manager.

In addition, the Company has, through the acquisition of the Chuminga Project, established close links in Chile with the well known and successful Errazuriz Hochschild Group of Mining Companies.
